WATCH: Kylie's Unforgettable Evening in LA
Kylie Minogue has been honoured with a courage award at a cancer charity benefit in Beverly Hills.
She was presented with the award at the EIF Women's Cancer Research's annual benefit on Thursday night.
Speaking on the red carpet she said: "Sometimes when people say 'be positive' you can't be positive all the time."
She also spoke about her new album and has been "inspired" by making music in the US and said "The tunes are coming."

Kylie seems to have picked up a little bit of an accent since being over there, sounds rather funny lol can't wait to hear the new material, but please please please NO GUEST RAPPERS! although a duet would be nice :) LOVE AND RESPECT XXX
I agree, weird hearing the American "twang" to her voice (no offence intended!)
